Christina Diretto, Director of CD Management Services Pty Ltd created CDMS due to her passion for the Real Estate Industry, a love of Accounts, Software and Training.
Christina has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a background in Sales, Property Management, Accounting, Administration & Training.
Christina is very experienced in what she does, takes pride in her work and has amazing attention to detail which shows in the deliverance of her work, resulting in client satisfaction and ensuring that your business runs efficiently, successfully and enhances productivity. CDMS keeps up to date with current legislative laws and regulations and exercises due skill, care and diligence when performing functions on behalf their Real Estate Clients.

Christina also works closely with auditors and ensures that the offices she integrates with are complying with Business Licensing requirements. Christina has worked with representatives from Consumer Affairs Victoria & Victoria Police on major fraud investigation cases. Christina has attended the County Court of Victoria for fraud cases which involved giving evidence where employees had misappropriated trust funds. Christina also leads seminars for Real Estate franchise networks, corporate owned offices and boutique agencies regarding compliance and legislative requirements as well as offering preventive measures against fraud.
